Welcome to Nouvelle Vibe. Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Nouvelle Vibe.

These Terms govern your access to and use of https://nouvellevibe.com, including its products, content, features and services.

By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Nouvelle Vibe is an online retail store serving customers across Pakistan.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of products purchased from Nouvelle Vibe. All purchases, customer support matters, returns and refunds are handled directly by Nouvelle Vibe.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐 – 𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐒

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for protecting your account details and for activities performed through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours and prices.

Product colours or appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing batches and device display settings.

Product packaging, colours or minor design details may change without notice where the basic purpose and features of the product remain the same.

We may update, discontinue or limit the availability or quantity of any product at any time.

Placing an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted after it has been successfully reviewed and confirmed by Nouvelle Vibe.

We may contact the customer by phone, email or another available communication method to verify an order before dispatch.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of:

• Incorrect customer information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Delivery limitations
• Repeated refusal of confirmed orders
• Any legal or operational reason preventing fulfilment

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟓 – 𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been confirmed, packed or dispatched. Once dispatched, the order may be handled according to our shipping and return policies.

Nouvelle Vibe may cancel an order before delivery when fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟔 – 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Product prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price applied to an accepted order will normally be the price shown when that order was placed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Delivery charges may be added separately depending on the order value and delivery location.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations. Any additional payment methods displayed during checkout are subject to their respective provider’s terms.

Customers must provide accurate payment, billing and delivery information.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟕 – 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘

Nouvelle Vibe delivers orders across Pakistan.

Current delivery charges are:

• Karachi: Rs.150 per order
• Outside Karachi: Rs.200 per order
• Free delivery on orders above Rs.2,000

Estimated delivery time is normally 2–6 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, remote locations, weather, public holidays, incorrect information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate address and active phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required because the recipient was unavailable, calls were unanswered or incorrect information was provided.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟖 – 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐄𝐋 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘

Customers may inspect the parcel before payment where this facility is supported by the courier service.

The open-parcel facility is intended to allow checking of the product’s visible condition, quantity and correctness.

If the parcel is visibly damaged or contains an incorrect product, the customer should refuse delivery and contact Nouvelle Vibe immediately.

Some faults may not be visible during a basic parcel inspection. Eligible hidden defects may still be reported under our Refund Policy.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟗 – 𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒, 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐒

Nouvelle Vibe offers a 7-day return facility for eligible damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete products.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Customers requesting a return must provide the evidence described in our Refund Policy, including a continuous unboxing video, relevant photographs and order details.

Products must not be returned without prior approval and return instructions from Nouvelle Vibe.

Approved return courier charges for damaged, defective or incorrect products will be arranged or covered by Nouvelle Vibe.

Nothing in these Terms limits customer rights provided under applicable law.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟏𝟎 – 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

Discounts, vouchers, promotional prices and free-delivery offers may have separate conditions, expiry dates or product limitations.

Unless expressly stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer.

We may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion affected by an error, misuse, fraud or technical issue.

The Nouvelle Vibe name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Nouvelle Vibe.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, modify or commercially exploit our original content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may submit genuine product reviews, comments or suggestions.

By voluntarily submitting a review or feedback, you allow Nouvelle Vibe to display and use it for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property laws.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful misuse of our website, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

This section does not make a customer responsible for losses caused by Nouvelle Vibe’s own unlawful conduct.
